Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched and how do I track it?

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment being received. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days and express takes 1–4 business days from dispatch. During drop releases processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, UAE, and Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, or if your order is significantly overdue, please contact us at operations@dialledclo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. If your item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us at operations@dialledclo.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

My item arrived faulty — what do I do?

Please email us at operations@dialledclo.com with your order number and a photo of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping and resolve it promptly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
