Change of Mind

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. Please check the size guide and fit details on each product page carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at operations@dialledclo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and resolve the matter promptly.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
