Shipping policy

At Dialled, every order is crafted, packed and prepared with care. Please read below for everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

During drop releases and high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly beyond our standard window. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Times are calculated from dispatch date, not order date.

Please note: we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure a street address is provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, UAE, and Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are non-refundable. Parcels refused at customs will not be eligible for a refund on shipping or duties paid.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the relevant carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be held at a depot or returned to sender. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to modify an address once an order has been fulfilled. Dialled is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns Shipping

For information on returning items, please refer to our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
